Software utility to scan for DICOM files.

This program was made for the DICOM format research. While working on medical imaging projects I frequently faced a necessity scan for DICOM files with a certain tag on my PC or to compare DICOM files by certain tags and so forth. Also this program is used as a DICOM reader to pass the volume data to InVols program for MPR and 3D visualization.
